Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of 1119t s.r.o., with its registered office at Mramorová 698/17, Slivenec, 154 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID No.: 19437617, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), govern, in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising out of or in connection with a purchase agreement concluded between the Seller and a natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) through the Seller’s online store located on the website www.1119t.com (hereinafter referred to as the “E-shop”).

1.2. The Buyer is exclusively a consumer, meaning a natural person who, when entering into and performing the purchase agreement, does not act within the scope of his or her business activity or the independent exercise of a profession.

1.3. These Terms form an integral part of every purchase agreement. Any provisions of the purchase agreement deviating from these Terms shall prevail over these Terms.

2. Purchase Agreement

2.1. All product presentations published on the E-shop website are informative only and do not constitute a binding offer. The Seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase agreement for the advertised products.

2.2. The Buyer places an order through the order form available on the E-shop website. The order becomes binding once it is submitted.

2.3. The purchase agreement is concluded once the Buyer receives an e-mail confirmation of the order from the Seller.

3. Price and Payment Terms

3.1. All prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK) and euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes and fees.

3.2. The Buyer shall pay the purchase price via the online payment gateway using a debit/credit card or other available online payment methods.

3.3. The Seller is not obliged to ship the goods until the full purchase price has been paid.

4. Delivery of Goods

4.1. Goods are shipped through contractual carriers selected by the Seller depending on destination and availability.

4.2. The delivery price varies depending on the destination and chosen carrier. The final delivery cost is displayed to the Buyer during the checkout process.

4.3. The Seller ships goods to all European Union countries.

5. Withdrawal from the Agreement

5.1. In accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

5.2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail at templarscologne@gmail.com of their decision to withdraw from the agreement.

5.3. The goods must be returned to 1119t s.r.o., Mramorová 698/17, Slivenec, 154 00 Prague, Czech Republic, no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller of the withdrawal.

5.4. For hygiene reasons, the Buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase agreement once a perfume or cologne bottle has been opened or used, if the original seal or packaging has been broken.

6. Complaints and Claims

6.1. The Buyer’s rights arising from defective performance are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

6.2. Complaints may be submitted in writing to:

or electronically to templarscologne@gmail.com.

6.3. The Seller shall handle complaints without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

7.1. The Seller processes personal data of Buyers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the Processing of Personal Data.

7.2. The purpose of processing personal data is the fulfilment of the purchase agreement, delivery of goods, accounting obligations, and communication with the Buyer.

7.3. Personal data are retained for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations and operational purposes.

7.4. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data, to request rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing.

7.5. Personal data are not transferred to third parties except to shipping and payment service providers, and only to the extent necessary for delivery and payment processing.

8. Cookies

8.1. The website www.1119t.com uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site, analyse traffic, and support marketing activities.

8.2. The Buyer may refuse or restrict the use of cookies through their web browser settings.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union legislation.

9.2. Any legal relationships not explicitly covered by these Terms are subject to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations.

9.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon its publication on www.1119t.com.
