3. Returns & Complaints Policy

1. Withdrawal from Purchase
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returned goods must be in their original, unopened condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes and colognes cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

2. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

3. Complaints and Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact templarscologne@gmail.com within 14 days.
We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to Czech and EU consumer law.
